Nicola is the managing director and founder of Cochran consulting.

She is a business management consultant and also a consultant solicitor.

 

She was formerly a partner and head the private client department at a Regional Legal 500 firm in the Thames Valley. She managed all four offices private client departments where her interest grew in business management, including leadership, strategy, operations and improvement in organisation performance.

 

She has also worked in the middle east on projects for large franchises on improving customer care.

 

Nicola’s formal qualifications include a law degree,

( LLB) Hons and a Masters in Business Administration - MBA.

 

Nicola has been invited to join Beta Gamma Sigma alumni chapter. This is an international business honour society.
